When you place an order with Dom&gy, we will strive to maintain the lowest possible transportation costs and to reduce your wait time as much as possible. The delivery time frame is nevertheless dependent upon a certain number of factors:
Estimated delivery time frames are indicated for each product. You will be notified of these time frames with the order confirmation; such notification is for informational purposes only, and is not binding. This time frame estimation is adjusted continuously according to available stock.
Kiala or Kariboo formulas
When completing the Dom&gy ordering process, if you choose the Kiala or Kariboo formulas, you should indicate the point of delivery where you wish to have delivery made (see the site of the dedicated transport service provider). Your package will then be delivered to the nearby business you have chosen (grocery store, bookstore, dry cleaner, etc.). This delivery point will be listed in the order confirmation email.
When your package arrives at the Kiala or Kariboo contact point, you will be notified by email or SMS message. The packages will remain for 14 days maximum at that contact point. If the consumer does not pick the package up, it will be sent back to the central warehouse.
Bpost delivery service
Bpost delivery service will allow you to receive delivery at home or at your workplace. You (or your representative) can receive the package. If you are absent, the delivery service provider will keep your package. The order will then be delivered to the closest Bpost point to your home (you will then receive a notification in your mailbox).
Each package will have a unique code, so you can track the delivery of your package via the system developed by each transport service provider.
Pick-up at Dom&gy
If you opt to collect your purchase at Dom&gy and the product(s) is/are not in stock, you will be notified by email of the date after which you can come to pick up your package.
