Our prices are adjusted solely on the basis of offers available nationally. We analyse the prices of identical items that are deliverable and available during the same period in Belgium. The store or e-commerce website that offers a listed price that is lower with the same service conditions on the product or products you want must be clearly identified. Its headquarters must be based in Belgium, with an address and telephone number that is clearly identifiable on the company’s website.
Our best price guarantee applies except in special circumstances: liquidation, end of stock, or sale. We analyze our prices item by item.
To take advantage of our “best price guarantee”, simply contact us by email or by phone. Your request can be made either before confirmation or within 24 hours following the confirmation of your order. The price difference will be reimbursed to you by payment transfer or by purchase coupon.
